What Kindtoall is

Kindtoall is a resident-owned application-continuity platform. It lets you keep reusable information in an Application Passport and evidence in an Evidence Wallet, discover opportunities, complete only what an application is missing, review exactly what would be shared, explicitly authorize sharing, and submit to participating organizations.

Kindtoall is operated by Louis Legacy LLC. It is currently offered through a limited controlled pilot and may change as the pilot continues.

What Kindtoall is not

Kindtoall does not determine eligibility, approval, benefits, hiring, housing, funding, or any other institutional decision. Those decisions belong to the organization or agency that administers the program.

Kindtoall is not a government agency, case-management provider, or emergency service. For emergencies, contact local emergency services or call 211 for community resources.

Your information and your choices

You choose what goes into your Passport and Evidence Wallet. Connecting with an organization, scanning a QR code, or preparing an application does not by itself share your information. Before a supported submission, you can review the specific answers and documents being requested and must explicitly authorize sharing.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for reviewing every form before it is submitted — including forms filled on external websites using the My Kind extension.

Acceptable use and community rules

Do not upload information that belongs to someone else without permission. Do not submit false or misleading information to organizations. Do not attempt to access another resident’s information, documents, or applications.

In community features: be honest, be respectful, and do not post identifying details about other people. Content that harasses, deceives, or endangers others may be removed and may result in loss of access.

Organizations

Organization staff may access resident information only through authorized application, referral, and request workflows, and only for the programs the resident engaged with. Staff access requires an active organization membership and appropriate role.

Organizations agree to use resident information only for the purpose the resident authorized — not for unrelated programs, marketing, or redistribution.

Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the app under Account & Privacy. Deletion requires your password and a typed confirmation. It removes your profile, Passport answers, uploaded documents, applications, and sign-in — subject to records we must retain for security, legal, or audit purposes as described in our retention policy.

Service availability

Kindtoall is provided “as is” during the pilot. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any application will be accepted by an organization.

We may suspend or end the pilot, a program, or an account that violates these terms or creates risk for residents or organizations.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Louis Legacy LLC is not liable for decisions made by organizations, for information you choose to submit to external systems, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date.
