How It Works

One application workspace, not one giant form.

Kindtoall doesn't ask you to fill out everything once. It carries what you already have into each new application — and asks only for what's actually missing.

For residents

The path through an application

1

Find an opportunity

A program, a job, a benefit — or a QR code at the front desk of an organization.

2

Kind checks your Passport

Your reusable answers and documents are compared against what this application actually asks for.

3

Complete only what is missing

Known information pre-fills. You answer the questions that are genuinely new — nothing more.

4

Review exactly what will be shared

Every answer and every document, shown plainly before anything leaves your hands.

5

You authorize. Then it submits.

Explicit consent, then an immutable snapshot records precisely what the organization received.

6

Reuse it next time

The same information carries into the next application. If something changes, you decide who gets the update.

Where requirements come from

Four sources. One resolver. No repeats.

An application's questions can come from several places. Kind merges them, removes duplicates, maps them to your Passport, and shows you only what's unresolved.

The organization’s application

Questions the organization defined in its own intake form.

Service requirements

What the organization says it generally needs — proof of income, photo ID, a reason for referral.

This visit

Extra requirements staff request for your specific walk-in or session.

External forms

Official government and nonprofit paper/web forms that Kind has mapped — like county civil service applications.

For organizations

Meet residents where they are

Reception starts a Receive Applicant session; residents scan a QR code or enter a 6-digit code and are numbered in arrival order. Your existing forms, eligibility rules and decisions stay yours — Kind explains, matches and routes, it doesn't decide.
